In-stock orders and pre-orders
If the product you’ve purchased shows as “In Stock”, it is and will go out ASAP!
If it’s not in stock, it will be marked as “Pre-Order”. Pre-ordering an item is similar to buying a product that is in stock, with the exception that the product will only be shipped when new stock arrives; usually within 5-7 business days.
USA orders are usually delivered in 5-10 business days, while Canadian orders are typically delivered within 3-6 business days. More remote areas in Canada can take 7-11 business days.

We can no longer offer 3-day shipping for USA orders. All USA orders now ship from Canada.
Orders that come in before 12 noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will go out the same day.

Most Canadian orders take 3 – 6 business days to arrive at your destination; depending on your location. Estimated times are for major centers and outlying suburbs or areas.
The estimated Canadian delivery times are as follows:

Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba 2-4 business days
Ontario, Quebec 4-6 business days

We e-mail you the tracking number and estimated date of delivery for your order on the day your order ships. Usually after 5pm Pacific time.
